I love that both Ada and Emmet really enjoy looking at books. A few months ago it used to be all about eating them but things have changed. They have been turning pages (as long as I get the page ready) for a few months. Ada is starting to figure out how to open books all on her own and Emmet is giving it a try too! And I'm pretty certain that Ada was trying to say "book" today. Her version sounds more like "ook" and "gook". So sweet! Emmet has certain pictures in certain books that he lean down really close to take a good look! And don't they just look so sweet when they're looking at their books?

Just lovin' all the updates! Brings back memories of Jenna going thru those things. It all goes by so quickly! Jenna's already putting several words together. One of my favorites "Mommy, mere" aka Mommy come here, as she uses the backwards hello (fingers in and out toward herself) hand gesture with it. And we've learned "Posey, Posey" for Ring around the rosey. She loves the falling down part. There are so many cute things she's doing, it would take my own blog to name! So be prepared, you'll be blogging for a long time to come! (And your gift is in the box, just waiting for postage!!! So sorry! By the time it gets to you, it'll be a "Congrats - You made it to the one year mark!")
